The recipient of the flowers loved them! The staff was very courteous, and even gracious when I had to cancel last-minute another order due to extenuating circumstances.

I am impressed with how easy it was to pick the arrangement and schedule a delivery. Also, receiving an image of the actual arrangement is an excellent touch and something I wasn't expecting, amazing customer service!
