I use Chandler Flowers 1 or 2 times a year. Usually there are zero issues. This time I ordered sunflowers. When they were delivered, they were a little droopy. Wife brought them home and changed water the next morning. They continued to decline. I reached out to chandler flowers and basically with no hesitation they delivered a new set after I sent pictures of the originals. Even though the first set were unsatisfactory, I would still recommend due to customer service and the fact that every previous order were great!
